01 / What we collect

Two kinds of information

What you give us: the name, email, company, and message you type into a contact or application form. What your browser gives us: page requests, referring page, approximate region, device and browser type, the ordinary server record, used in aggregate to see which writing is read and to keep the site up.

02 / Why

How we use it

To reply to you, to evaluate an application, to run and secure the site, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent our contact list, and we do not build advertising profiles.

03 / Client data

Systems we build for you

Engagement work runs inside your cloud, under your access controls. Your data stays in your environment; where we need access, it is scoped, logged, and time-limited. Client data is never used to train a model we ship to anyone else. The specifics live in the data processing terms attached to your agreement, which govern over this page.

04 / Cookies

What we set

No advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics and the cookies strictly needed to serve the site.

05 / Third parties

Who else touches it

A small set of vendors process data on our behalf: site hosting and email. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. Separately, loading this site causes your browser to request typefaces from Google Fonts and runtime code from unpkg; those services receive your IP address and basic request information. We are working towards serving both from our own domain.

06 / Retention

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to two years from your last message. Applications: up to one year after a decision, unless you ask us to keep you in mind for longer. Server logs: a short rolling window. After those periods we delete the active records. Copies may persist for a limited time in encrypted backups, security logs, and anywhere a legal hold or a statutory record-keeping duty applies, and are deleted when that period ends.

07 / Your rights

Access, correction, deletion

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. We answer requests within the period required by applicable law and do not charge for them.
