What this page does not cover

Client engagements, discovery work, and anything we build for you are governed by a separate written agreement, a statement of work and a master services agreement. Where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.

Acceptable use

Read the site, quote it with attribution, share it. Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to breach it, misrepresent your identity when contacting us, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Content and code

Writing, design, and marks on this site belong to K4M2 AI unless stated otherwise. Our published repositories are a separate matter: each is governed by the licence in the repository itself, and that licence, not this page, tells you what you may do with the code.

What you send us

Messages sent through our forms are not confidential until we have a signed agreement in place. Please do not send trade secrets, regulated data, or personal data about third parties in a first message. A few lines about the problem is enough to start.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as it is. Articles and research notes describe our view at the time of writing and are not advice for your situation. To the extent the law allows, K4M2 AI is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published here.
