AI implementation for US companies
We work with US companies remotely from India. There is no US office, entity or staff, and this page does not pretend otherwise. What we offer is a morning overlap with Eastern and Central time, engagement terms agreed in writing, and deployment inside your own environment where your security review requires it.
How the engagement works
Fully remote. Written scope before work starts, a named point of contact, and progress reported against the plan rather than in adjectives. Travel is possible by arrangement and is the exception.
Time-zone overlap
IST working hours give a reliable overlap with US mornings on the East Coast and early mornings Central. Later Pacific meetings are arranged rather than assumed, and what is synchronous versus asynchronous is agreed at the start.
Contracting structure
Cross-border engagement, contracted in writing with the terms, invoicing currency and intellectual property position stated explicitly. We do not describe an arrangement as settled before it is.
Security and procurement expectations
US mid-market buyers increasingly run a security review before an AI vendor touches anything. We expect that: scoped and logged access, deployment inside your environment where required, documented data handling, and named human review points before a system reaches customers.
We do not hold certifications we have not earned, and we will tell you what a security questionnaire will find rather than let you discover it.
Deployment options
Systems may run in your cloud, on your infrastructure, or through approved model providers, depending on your requirements. Where a provider must be excluded on policy grounds, that becomes a constraint on the evaluation rather than an argument.
What we do not have
No US entity, no US office, no US employees. If a procurement process requires a domestic supplier, we are the wrong choice and will say so early rather than waste your cycle.

Do you have a US office?
No. We work remotely from India, and we would rather state that plainly than imply a presence we do not have.
What hours will we actually get?
Reliable overlap with US mornings Eastern and Central. Pacific afternoons are arranged case by case.
Can our data stay in our own cloud?
Yes, where your requirements call for it. Deployment follows your controls.
Can you sign our security paperwork?
We complete security reviews honestly, including where the answer is that a control is not yet in place.
