AI implementation for Indian businesses
K4M2 AI operates from India. For Indian companies that means the same working day, contracting in rupees with a domestic entity once incorporation completes, and a team that already understands the systems and constraints common in Indian mid-market businesses. There is no separate India practice, because India is where the company is.
Where we operate from
K4M2 AI is based in India and is being incorporated here. Client work is delivered remotely. We do not maintain offices in other countries, and we say so rather than implying a global footprint we do not have.
What Indian mid-market work usually looks like
Cost discipline is real and scrutiny of a new line item is close to the founder or promoter. Decisions move quickly once the case is clear, and slowly while it is not, which makes discovery worth more here than a long proposal.
Technology estates are frequently mixed: a modern cloud workload beside an on-premise ERP that nobody wants to touch. Useful AI work has to reach the data in both.
Engagement and contracting
Engagements are scoped in writing before work begins. Contracting in Indian rupees with a domestic entity follows incorporation; until then the arrangement is documented explicitly rather than assumed.
Data and deployment considerations
Systems may run in your cloud, on your infrastructure, or through approved model providers, depending on your security, operational and cost requirements. Where sector rules constrain where data may reside, that constraint sets the deployment, not our preference.
Client data is not used to train models for other clients unless you authorise it in writing.
Working hours
IST business hours, with overlap into European mornings and US mornings where an engagement needs it. Response expectations are agreed at the start rather than left implicit.
Where we can be useful
Sectors where a repeated document or decision task carries real cost: manufacturing and supply chain, financial services operations, healthcare administration, logistics, and B2B services. We take on work where a correct answer can be defined and evaluated, and decline it where it cannot.
Questions buyers ask
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes, remotely. India is where we operate from, not the limit of who we work with.
Can you contract with an Indian entity?
Domestic contracting follows incorporation, which is in progress. The current arrangement is stated plainly in any engagement.
Can our data stay in India?
Where that is a requirement, it shapes the deployment. Data residency is a design input, not an afterthought.
Do you work on-site?
Occasionally and by arrangement. The default is remote, which keeps cost down and pace up.
